17 Day Diet Chicken And Broccoli Fat Burning Soup Diet Before And After Photos

Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

I had some leftover sirloin, so I thought I’d make a stir fry with some ingredients I had on hand. This is a perfect lunch for Cycle 2 of the 17 Day Diet.

Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

1 4 oz Sirloin Steak, Cooked and Cut into Thin Strips

1/2 C of cooked brown rice

1 C of steamed broccoli florets

1/4 C of frozen peas, slightly thawed (optional)

1 whole egg, beaten

1 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos or light soy sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Red Chili Flakes to taste

Heat skillet on high heat, add oil and turn down to medium high.

Add meat and rice, cook until warmed through.

Add beaten egg and to pan and cook until egg is well done.

Add broccoli and peas and warm through.

Add Bragg Liquid Aminos, salt, pepper and red chili flakes.

Yield: 1 Serving

Broccoli Diet: Lose 17 lb in 10 Days

Broccoli is one of the healthiest vegetables in the world. Although many people don’t like too much their taste, broccoli can be an important ally in your battle against weight. Experts say that a diet based on broccoli can help you lose 8 kilograms (more than 17 lb) in just 10 days. For such results, it is worth to endure the odd sweet taste of these vegetables.

Before you start a broccoli diet is good to know that this green little bunch contains twice as much vitamin A and C than an orange and is full of B vitamins, calcium, magnesium, manganese, selenium, zinc, iron and potassium. Broccoli also, provides you a considerable amount of fiber and folic acid.

Studies show that broccoli is the vegetable with the highest concentration of anti-cancer substances, and the good news does not stop here: a cup of broccoli provides you with only 44 calories. Broccoli diet was designed for a period of 10 days. In this short time you can loose lose up to 17 pounds (8 kilos). This diet is divided into 5 stages and each stage is 2 days. According to nutritionists, the first 6 days are the main steps and the next 4 days are optional.

Broccoli diet allows you to have a varied menu consisting of carrots, potatoes, fish, chicken, red meat, rye bread, olive oil, pepper, sour cream, onions, mineral water and dairy (only low-fat).

Breakfast: Boiled broccoli (200g) with salt, Black tea, no sugar (1-2 cups>

Lunch: Boiled chicken (150 grams), Chicken Stock (250 ml) with salt, Cooked Broccoli (100g) with salt.

Dinner: Boiled Broccoli (250 g) with salt, 1-2 cups Unsweetened Tea (1 -2 cups).

Breakfast: Broccoli braised in olive oil with garlic and pepper.

Lunch: Broccoli braised in olive oil with tomatoes and onions.

Dinner: Broccoli braised in olive oil with garlic and pepper.

Breakfast: Broccoli Salad with a low concentration of fat and boiled beef (100 grams)

Lunch: Boiled Broccoli (200g) – boiled maximum 5 minutes in boiling water

Dinner: Boiled Beef (150g) with salt, 1 cup of water

Breakfast: Cooked Broccoli (100g), Unsweetened Black Tea 91 cup), eggs (2).

Lunch: Broccoli Soup (Chicken Soup with 100 grams broccoli, salt and parsley).

Dinner: Rye Bread (2 slices), Cooked Broccoli (100 g), tomato (1), Tomato Juice (1 cup)

Breakfast: Cooked Broccoli (100 g), salt and Cooked Carrots (2)

Lunch: Cooked Broccoli (100 g), salt and 100 grams of boiled fish

Dinner: 200 grams of boiled broccoli with salt and Boiled Potato (1).

Broccoli diet is healthy for your body and helps you lose weight in record time up to 8 kg. In addition, it is not as restrictive as other diets, because the principle is a balanced nutritional regime.
