GM Diet Day 6 Beef / (ChickPeas or Rice) + Vegetables – No Potato

Not sure how much have I shed by end of GM diet day 5 but certainly feeling better in terms of detoxification and purification of my internal system.

Today is another day with high protein diet coupled with more of vegetables.

Breakfast 10 AM

1/2 medium size bowl of Red kidney beans and 1 Tomato. Add a pinch of Chat Masala.

Lunch 2 PM

1 Medium size bowl of vegetable soup.

GM diet day 6 vegetable soup recipe:

Water content should be enough to sub-merge all vegetables.

  1. Chop and mix all with water.
  2. We are using pressure cooker to boil. Add all vegetables to cooker. Close the cooker lid.
  3. Switch ON the stove on high flame and let it make a whistle. After 1 whistle, switch OFF the stove.
  4. Let the steam vanish on its own before you try to open the cooker lid.
  5. Once the steam has gone, open the lid and take out the boiled veggies in a bowl.
  6. Seasoning: Sprinkle 2 pinch Salt, 2 pinch black pepper and 1 tsp lemon juice. The soup is ready to serve.

I am trying to avoid rice as much as possible today. Preference should be given to beans instead of rice to control the starch intake.

Evening Snacks 5 PM

1 medium size bowl of Red Kidney beans with tomato soup.

Dinner 8.30 PM

1 medium size bowl of red kidney beans again.

If you’ve successfully completed Day 1, Day 2, Day 3, Day 4 and Day 5, then the sixth day is surely the best day of the diet and is also more rewarding.

By now, you should see that your body is much lighter than before and you’ll also feel that your body is fresh, all thanks to the first 3 days of detoxification and cleansing.

The Day 6 of GM diet is considered as a feast day as you can eat beef (or alternatives said in Day 5) along with a wide variety of vegetables you want.

You’ll already see a lot of changes in your body and many followers of 7 day GM diet are expected to lose as much as 10 lbs or 4 kgs. Not only that, because of the fruit+vegetable consumption, you’ll see a different glow in your skin today.

How to Prepare Yourself for GM Diet Day 6?

As your body is already in an auto-mode of losing the extra fat through increased metabolic processes, all you need to give your body is some protein and fiber.

You can get the protein from beef while fiber can be achieved eating vegetables. Apart from this you should also push your body to pursue lively activities or exercises, as this is the exact point where you need to test whether the diet has made any improvements to your immune system or not.

GM Diet Day 6 for Non-Vegetarians

Breakfast : Start with a bowl of mixed vegetables or vegetable soup with beef cutlets. Vegetables will give you a lot of fiber while beef will give you proteins.

Lunch : You can choose any Asian food at this period which is because most of the Asian food is made with vegetable and beef. But remember not to include potatoes or bread.

Dinner : If you feel tiresome, you can have a vegetable soup and a tasty hamburger made with beef or chicken.

Snacks & Beverages : You can continue to eat meat and vegetable even during the snack period. However, it is advised to eat greens for mid morning snacks and beef during afternoon snack time. The reason here is simple – your appetite should be at normal levels so that it wouldn’t crave for other foods.

Apart from these Water is your best friend. Coconut water may also be taken during midnoon but it may spoil your appetite by dinner.

GM Diet Day 6 Non-Veg Recipes

1] Beef and Vegetable Kebab

  • Beef cubes – 6 (you can substitute it with chicken or Paneer)
  • Red Tomato – 1
  • Yellow Bell Pepper – 1
  • Onion – 1

Slice all the mentioned vegetables into quarter inches and together with beef cubes (2 or 3 per stick), skew them on barbecue sticks. Baste them with butter and also season with salt and pepper as needed then grill on open fire until beef is tender and soft. It is for 3 servings.

Points to remember:

  • No juices or potatoes in your diet on Day 6.
  • If you’re a vegetarian or don’t like Beef, you can substitute it with other items such as chicken, roasted turkey, Paneer (Indian cheese).
  • Drink enough water (10-14 glasses).

GM Diet Day 6 for Vegetarians

Like I said in the previous day’s menu for vegetarians, you can make a brown rice pulao with sprouts and instead tomatoes, add your favorite vegetables since tomatoes are not allowed on this day. Those who don’t like brown rice can replace it with regular white rice, but should add Cottage cheese (Indian paneer) along with sprouts and veggies while preparing the pulao. This pulao can be had for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

During the morning and evening snacks time, you can drink the cabbage soup.

Once you’ve successfully completed the Day 6 of GM Diet , you can then move to GM Diet Day 7 where you’ll be having a surprise.

GM Diet Day 6 – Plan and Recipes

If you have been following the 7 day GM Diet then take one thing in your mind that in a fact that you are almost done with the diet.

On Day 6 you are allowed to eat a good variety of food you may call it a cheat day! of the GM diet plan, foods to be consumed will not only include beef but a wide variety of vegetables as well. This may also be considered a feast day for GM diet, as they can eat all the beef and vegetables they want. You can eat your favorite veggies and it is great to eat on this day as the body is slowly gaining back its appetite.

On this day you must have already lose as much as 10 lbs! There would already be changes on how the way one looks as compared from the past few days of dieting. You may also observe a different change in your looks Because of the previous fruit-vegetable consumption a different glow in the skin can also be seen.

Preparing for Day 6 of the GM Diet:

By past 5 days your body has already gone through a lot of fat reduction and increased metabolism therefore on day 6 there will be more need for beef for protein and muscle development, and fiber from vegetables to keep the body energized during the day.

GM Diet Day 6 Breakfast:

You are free to choose your breakfast from the above mentioned items. Breakfast on Day 6 may be started off with a bowl of mixed vegetables or beef ham! If you are going with vegetables those may be sautéed or stewed, so that they would have a more tender bite and good to taste. If having a bowl of vegetable soup with beef cutlets then this would keep the stomach satiated throughout the rest of the day.

During lunchtime, you may have any form of mixed vegetables and beef may be eaten. Try out the Asian-style cooking as it is the best style in this mealtime, as dishes under this cuisine consist mainly of beef and vegetables. If you don’t want vegetable in lunch time go for A bowl of beef and broccoli this may sound ideal for Western people but as much as possible do not include potatoes or bread as these both are contain a good amount of fat percentage and you surely do not want fat again.

At Dinner time you may take a vegetable soup and a hamburger your ham should not have any bread! And only meat or beef! As at night time you are recommended with light meal especially when you have gone through a long and tiring day. The soup will light up the senses and replenish the lost energy, while the beef content brings back the protein, iron and fiber lost.

GM Diet Day 6 Midday Snacks and Beverages:

Here we come up with the mid day meals or snacks ,Beef and vegetables may continue to be eaten during snacks. It is referred that during mornings go with green vegetables and during evenings going with beef and proteins! This is because to make you full all day long as appetite has to be contained at normal levels, so that would not crave for other types of food.

Water has to be there on every day! Water keeps the lost sweat replenished and the senses rejuvenated. You may also go with Coconut water which may be taken during afternoons, but this may create bloating! So do not drink much of it!

Below is a recipe which you may take up as a meal or as a snack.
